日本食品卫生法怎么办理?需要什么资料才可以办理厚生省备案?

日本的食品接触材料相关要求基本依据其在1947年颁布的《食品卫生法》(Food Sanitation Law 370),日本厚生劳动省负责为食品卫生法制定相关的配套标准。1959年发布的第370公告《食品、食品添加剂等的规范标准》中的第三章则是关于食品容器、器具和包装的规范和标准。
